My number one goal is to bring out the beauty in every client I work with. I set out to uncover the loveliness on both the inside and the outside of each and every one who chooses me as their photographer.  I craft each photograph into a stunning work of art, giving individual attention to each and every portrait.  

I approach my photography almost as a sculptor views a piece of marble or stone.  He begins with an idea in his mind's eye and then meticulously chooses which piece of marble or stone he will work with.  My process starts when I capture the photograph in my camera....the moment where a teen gives a genuine smile, or the family relaxes and displays authentic affection for each other, or the dancer leaps to a perfect arabesque.  For the sculptor, he carefully and skillfully carves and chips away everything that is not part of the final product, revealing what only he saw....what was there all along...a beautiful statue or an immaculate figure.  For me, as an artistic photographer, the true magic happens as I sit in the dark, in front of my computer, editing and enhancing, until the emotion that I've set out to capture is shining though as strongly as possible. And a masterpiece has been created, a portrait that speaks, not only to my visual sense of beauty, but to my soul's sense of transcendent beauty.  Simply priceless.  It is a thrilling "ah-hah" moment!
